Established in 2023, Empowered Consulting Pty Ltd is focused on empowering and educating women, non-binary and minority individuals to find and use their voice and skills to enact positive changes for themselves and their community.

After more than 15 years working as a Registered Nurse, and several years experience in local government I know the value and continued importance of advocacy for those who do not usually have their voices heard. I’ve seen time and again the profound difference that empowered leadership makes in a workplace, in an organisation and in our communities.

A lifelong interest in social justice, equality and environmental issues has kept me motivated to “be the change I wish to see in the world”. Coupled with extensive personal and professional development, I provide training, facilitation and mentoring for individuals to develop their empowered leadership skills.​

Empowered Consulting Pty Ltd aims to share knowledge and experience, and to advocate for positive changes in our communities particularly regarding gender equality, the eradication of gender-based violence, and increasing representation of women and non-binary people in all levels of government.
